zzess is a health-focused community built on trust and authenticity. These guidelines help keep our community safe and valuable for everyone.
Share genuine, first-person health and wellness experiences. Do not fabricate stories, outcomes, or credentials. Misrepresenting yourself as a licensed professional when you are not is strictly prohibited.
Do not make claims that a product, service, or practice cures, treats, or prevents any disease or medical condition. Statements like "this cured my..." or "guaranteed results" are not allowed. Share your personal experience without making clinical claims.
Reviews of providers and clinics must be based on actual visits. zzess may verify visit history. Writing reviews for services you have not used, or accepting compensation for reviews, is prohibited and will result in removal of content and account action.
Treat all community members with respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or targeted attacks based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated.
Content in the Medical Care channel is subject to review by zzess moderators. Content containing banned efficacy claims, dangerous health advice, or unverified medical information may be removed or require revision before publishing.
Use the Report button on any note, comment, or profile to flag content that violates these guidelines. Our moderation team reviews all reports. Repeated violations may result in content removal, account warnings, or permanent bans.
Violations may result in: content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account ban. Serious violations (fraud, dangerous medical advice, illegal content) may result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities where applicable.
These guidelines may be updated. Continued use of zzess constitutes acceptance of the current version.
