6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by zzess and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User-generated content remains the property of the respective creator, subject to the license granted below.

7. Content License

By posting content on the Service, you grant zzess a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content within the Service for operational and promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. zzess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to health-related decisions made based on content from the platform.

9. Termination

zzess reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
